Description
Why is the bypass tray sometimes not available for walk-up copying when jobs are in the lock job queue?
Solution
This is a limitation of the copier/printer when using lock job or reserve copy functions. A message is displayed when a piece of paper is inserted in the bypass
to alert the user to the fact that this feature is unavailable. To utilize the bypass tray, any lock jobs must first be printed and all reserved jobs cleared.
