Solution
CAUSE: PWB-C malfunction.
SOLUTION: The key to diagnosing this problem is unplugging the copier, then with the power switch in the off position plugging the machine back in. PWB-C
probably needs to be replaced.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Poor connection on PWB-C. If the code appears intermittently, check to see that all the fuse holders on PWB-C are making good contact with the fuses.
2. Failure of M16 or PWB-C. If the code is persistent, please see page T-42 of the Field Service Manual (approx. 4 MB) for additional details and replace
M16 or PWB-C.
